Shipping Information
Please note, as we work to continue to keep our community safe, we've implemented additional measures, which may cause a slight delay of 1-2 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours excluding holidays.
U.S. Shipping Methods
For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):
- MRM Nutrition is proud to offer free ground shipping for all $75+ orders shipped within the Contiguous US. In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have $75 or more of product and/or merchandise in your cart. We ship orders using FedEx Ground Services (Home Delivery, SmartPost) and USPS Priority and First Class Services. Shipping carrier will be determined by MRM Nutrition at the time of shipping based on end destination and service is selected to ensure delivery within five (5) business days. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. For orders under $75 we offer Standard Ground Shipping and Expedited Shipping. Shipping cost will be determined at checkout. Please allow for 24-48 hours of processing time before the order is shipped.
For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska):
- MRM Nutrition does not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US at this time, but you can still order our products with an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be determined at checkout. Please allow for 24-48 hours of processing time before the order is shipped.
- Standard Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: 12-18 business day shipping. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is currently delayed.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, MRM Nutrition is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through the shipping carrier chosen for your order or with your local police department.
International shipping
MRM Nutrition does not ship internationally. For international Orders click here.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, MRM Nutrition will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:
- Standard Shipping for Contiguous US States only ( 3-5 business day shipping)
- Standard Shipping for Non-Contiguous US states ( 6-8 business day shipping)
- Expedited Shipping for Contiguous US States only (2 day shipping)
- Note: We cannot account for vendor or carrier delays that may occur
- Please allow for 24-48 hours of processing time before the order is shipped.
Tracking your package
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used. In order to give you the best shipping rates, some items may be sent in separate packages.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, MRM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through the shipping carrier used or with your local police department.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
After you receive your confirmation email, you will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on your MRM Nutrition purchase unless you receive a defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Orders can’t be edited or canceled after they have been processed and email confirmation has been sent.
We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
