Snowball energy bites with cranberries and almonds, the perfect on the go holiday snack. Energy bites are a great no-mess snack when you’re in a rush and need a hunger-curbing bite! Our vanilla whey protein adds a protein and probiotic punch to these bites.
Snowball Energy Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ lb Medjool Dates
- ¼ cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Orange (zest only)
- ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 scoop MRM Whey Protein
- 1 tbsp MRM Maca Root Powder
- 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
- ¼ cup Shredded Coconut
Directions

In a food processor blend half of the scoop of vanilla whey with the shredded coconut until slightly powdered. Remove from the processor and set aside.

Place all remaining ingredients in the food processor and blend roughly until it all comes together.

Roll into bite size balls and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

Spread coconut and protein powered mix in a tray and roll the bite sized energy balls in the mix to coat.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 8 days and enjoy!
