– 2 Scoops of MRM BCAAs Reload Island Fusion
– ½ C frozen berries
– ½ C frozen bananas
– ½ C frozen mango
– ½ C greek yogurt
– 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
– 1 C cold water
