POST WORKOUT BERRY SMOOTHIE

RELOAD and supply your body with essential nutrients after your workout with this refreshing and flavorful smoothie🍓🍒 We added our Reload BCAAs for quicker muscle recovery and reduced muscle fatigue!

INGREDIENTS

– 2 Scoops of MRM BCAAs Reload Island Fusion
– ½ C frozen berries
– ½ C frozen bananas
– ½ C frozen mango
– ½ C greek yogurt
– 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
– 1 C cold water

DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy your refreshing post workout smoothie!
