LEMON POPPY SEED PROTEIN BITES

LEMON POPPY SEED PROTEIN BITES

Ingredients:
1 scoop MRM Veggie Elite Matcha Latte Protein
1 cup old fashioned oats
4 dates, pitted
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
Zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
1) Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse a few times then mix with a spatula.

2) Continue to pulse slowly until all ingredients are combined.

3) Add to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4) Remove from refrigerator and roll into small balls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set then enjoy!
