FROZEN YOGURT PROTEIN BARK
Ingredients:
2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop MRM Veggie Elite Vanilla Bean Protein
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh cut fruit of your choice
Walnuts (optional)
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients except fruit to a bowl. Mix well.
2) Add parchment paper to a large baking dish or cookie sheet. Spread yogurt evenly across the pan.
3) Top with pieces of fruit and nuts. Place in freezer for 4-6 hours.
