These apple cinnamon protein pancakes from @briewilly are making us HUNGRY this morning!!
APPLE & MACA PANCAKES W/ SAUTÉED CINNAMON APPLES AND PUMPKIN SPICE YOGURT 🥞
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 scoop of MRM Veggie Elite Vanilla Bean Protein
1 egg
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tbsp MRM Nutrition Maca Powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp coconut sugar
Pinch of salt
Coconut oil
Splash of water IF needed
Sautéed Cinnamon Apples
1 Apple diced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a little coconut oil. Add apples and cinnamon. Mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes. Set to the side.
2) Add all ingredients for pancakes to a bowl. Mix well and add milk as you go until you get a nice consistency.
3) Heat a large skillet over medium meat. Add coconut oil. Add pancake batter about 1/4 cup at a time. Cook 1 minute per side.
4) Top pancakes with apples, yogurt, and syrup! Enjoy!
