We've taken one of our favorite fall pies and turned it into a delicious adaptogen and protein-packed smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 Medjool date, pitted
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Veggie Protein with Superfoods
- 1 tsp Organic Ashwagandha Powder
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until fully combined.
