TURMERIC HUMMUS RECIPE
1 15-ounce of canned chickpeas (drained)
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 small lemon (juice only)
3 TBSP tahini
1 TBSP MRM organic Turmeric Root Powder
2 TBSP olive oil
Sea salt to taste
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor (excluding the olive oil) and blend until smooth.
2. Continue to blend and slowly add the olive oil to emulsify. Taste for seasoning and enjoy.
