Salted Caramel Protein Pancake Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
– 1 banana (mashed)
– 4 egg whites
– 1/3c oat flour (or preferred)
– 1/3c Salted Caramel Veggie Elite Protein
– 1/2c Almond milk
– Sprinkle of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the banana and add all the ingredients together for a smooth pancake batter.
2. Heat a skillet to a medium heat with a light olive or coconut oil and pour 1/3c sized scoops of batter into the pan. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Enjoy!
