Red Beet & Tomato Shrimp Tacos

Celebrating Cinco de Mayo with superfood shrimp tacos & ranch waters! How are you celebrating Cinco de Mayo?!⁠⁠

#superfoodtip: Use our Souperfood Red Beet and Tomato soup mix as a spice blend for your shrimp! Your tacos will be so good you'll have to go in for seconds!⁠⁠
-1lb shrimp, peeled and deveined⁠⁠
-1 tbsp MRM Red Beet Tomato Soup 
-corn tortillas⁠⁠
-Monterey jack cheese or cheese of choice⁠⁠
-avocado oil⁠⁠
-sea salt⁠⁠
@Sietefoods chips optional but recommended⁠⁠

1) Rinse shrimp under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel and add to a bowl. Drizzle a little avocado oil on the shrimp then add a pinch of salt, red beet tomato soup, and juice of 1 lime. Mix well and allow to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.⁠⁠

2) Using a hot skillet or BBQ cook shrimp for 1 minute per side. Heat up tortillas, add shrimp, and all your toppings. Enjoy! ⁠⁠
