Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

Start your morning right with this pumpkin pie inspired smoothie bowl! 


  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg, optional
  • 1/8 tsp allspice, optional
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • Toppings: banana slices, chopped pecans, granola 



  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced bananas and chopped pecans.
