Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Protein Oats

What's the best way to celebrate #NationalPBJDay? With a PBJ of course (but make it overnight oats)!!

Ingredients: 

OATS: 

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1/2 cup milk (we used almond milk)

1/2 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 scoop MRM Nutrition Cinnamon Bun Veggie Elite

CHIA JAM: 

1 cup raspberries

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp lemon juice

 

Directions: 

  1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the oats. Mix together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In a small pot add raspberries and cook until they break down and bubble. Add in lemon juice + chia seeds and stir to combine. 
  3. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Transfer to a air tight container and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Build overnight oat bowl by layering oats + chia jam.
