Matcha Chocolate Oat Bitesâ

Ingredients: â
- 1 cup cashewsâ
- 1/2 cup rolled oatsâ
- 1 tbsp MRM matcha powderâ
- 1/2 cup condensed coconut milkâ
- 1 tbsp coconut oilâ
- 1 tbsp pepitas (optional)â
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolateâ
Directions: â
- In a high-speed food processor, add all ingredients. Pulse and mix until well combined.â
- If your mixture crumbles a little, add more coconut milk until it holds shape.â
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.â
- Form bite size balls with about 1 tbsp of mix. Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.â
- Drizzle with dark chocolate, let the chocolate set for 5 minutes then enjoy!â
