Matcha Oat Bites

Snack attack but make it healthy! Try these matcha chocolate oat bites next time you're craving a snack! đŸ’šđŸ”â

Matcha Chocolate Oat Bites⁠

Ingredients: ⁠
  • 1 cup cashews⁠
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats⁠
  • 1 tbsp MRM matcha powder⁠
  • 1/2 cup condensed coconut milk⁠
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil⁠
  • 1 tbsp pepitas (optional)⁠
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate⁠

Directions: ⁠
  1. In a high-speed food processor, add all ingredients. Pulse and mix until well combined.⁠
  2. If your mixture crumbles a little, add more coconut milk until it holds shape.⁠
  3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.⁠
  4. Form bite size balls with about 1 tbsp of mix. Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.⁠
  5. Drizzle with dark chocolate, let the chocolate set for 5 minutes then enjoy!⁠
