Mango Ashwagandha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: ⁠
2 Banana⁠
1 cup frozen mango ⁠
1 cup frozen pineapple⁠
1 tsp MRM Nutrition Ashwagandha powder ⁠
1/4 cup milk of choice ⁠
1/4 cup Granola⁠
Coconut flakes (optional)⁠

Directions: 
1. Combine fruit, ashwagandha, and milk in a blender and mix until smooth. ⁠
2. Pour into a bowl and top with fruit and coconut flakes ⁠
