Ingredients:â
chia pudding:â
- 1/4 cup chia seedsâ
- 1 cup oat milk (unsweetened)â
- zest from one lemon â
- 1 cup cashewsâ
- hot waterâ
- 2 tbsp maple syrupâ
- 1 scoop MRM Nutrition Vanilla Egg White Proteinâ
- 2 tbsp lemon juiceâ
- 1/4 tsp MRM Nutrition Organic Turmeric â
Directions:â
- Soak cashews in hot water for 1 hour to soften.â
- In a small bowl combine chia pudding ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.â
- In a blender combine lemon cashew cream ingredients and mix until smooth.â
- Layer chia pudding with lemon cashew cream in air tight containers and refrigerate for 2 hours to set. â
- Dig in!â
