Elderberry Açai Bowl
It's warm here in San Diego which means it's time for some poolside breakfast and this morning açai bowls are on the menu!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp MRM Nutrition Elderberry Fruit Powder
- 1 packet frozen acai puree
- Toppings: Granola, fruit, honey
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy. Add more liquid if necessary.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite fruit, granola, and honey.
