Happy #NationalOatmealDay! Oatmeal is a great breakfast and has quite a few health benefits!

🥣 Packed with whole grains, fiber, and micronutrients

🥣 Rich in antioxidants & polyphenols

🥣 Helps lower LDL cholesterol (because of the beta glucan fiber)

🥣 Helps improve blood sugar control 

How do you like your morning bowl of oats?



  1. Bring almond milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. 

  2. Stir in oats + pumpkin spice and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat and mix in protein powder + maple syrup

  4. Top with chocolate chips (optional and recommended) 😉
