Ashwagandha Chocolate Banana Smoothie

We gave this month's smoothie an adaptogenic twist by adding our Ashwagandha powder! Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen most commonly known to aid in stress and anxiety support. ⁠

Ingredients:⁠
- 1 banana, frozen⁠
- 1 scoop MRM Nutrition Egg White Protein Powder⁠
- 1 tbsp MRM Nutrition Organic Fermented Cacao Powder⁠
- 1/2 tsp MRM Nutrition Organic Ashwagandha Root Powder ⁠
- 1 cup oat milk ⁠
- 1 tbsp peanut butter⁠
⁠

Directions: 
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a glass and enjoy. ⁠
