We gave this month's smoothie an adaptogenic twist by adding our Ashwagandha powder! Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen most commonly known to aid in stress and anxiety support. â

Ingredients:â
- 1 banana, frozenâ
- 1 scoop MRM Nutrition Egg White Protein Powderâ
- 1 tbsp MRM Nutrition Organic Fermented Cacao Powderâ
- 1/2 tsp MRM Nutrition Organic Ashwagandha Root Powder â
- 1 cup oat milk â
- 1 tbsp peanut butterâ
