Ashwagandha Chocolate Banana Smoothie
May's Smoothie of the Month has got us going bananas 🍌 🤪 🍌
We gave this month's smoothie an adaptogenic twist by adding our Ashwagandha powder! Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen most commonly known to aid in stress and anxiety support.
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 scoop MRM Nutrition Egg White Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp MRM Nutrition Organic Fermented Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp MRM Nutrition Organic Ashwagandha Root Powder
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
