Chia Seed Protein Pudding
Satisfy that sweet tooth with this delicious and healthy Raspberry Chia Seed Protein Pudding
CHIA SEED PROTEIN PUDDING INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ C Unsweetened Almond milk
1 Small can of Unsweetened coconut milk
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tsp vanilla essence
¾ C chia seeds
1 Scoop of MRM Nutrition Chocolate Egg White Protein
Pinch of ground cinnamon
RED BEET RASPBERRY JAM INGREDIENTS:
2 Cs of fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp of maple syrup
1 Tbsp of MRM Nutrition Red Beet Powder
2 Tbsp water
First make the jam. Put raspberries, maple syrup and water in a small pot and place on a medium – high heat until boiling. Immediately reduce heat to low and gently simmer for a few minutes until raspberries have cooked down. Add red beet powder, mix in until incorporated and remove from the heat to cool down.
While the jam cools, make the chia mix. In a medium bowl combine the milks, vanilla essence and maple syrup.
Add the cinnamon & protein powder and whisk thoroughly until combined. Add the chia seeds and stir. Leave in the fridge to thicken for 30 minutes.
Once thickened assemble with the cooled raspberry jam and enjoy!
