Ditch the pre-made chai latte and make it from scratch with 6 simple ingredients, including our new Ceylon Cinnamon.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk or milk of choice
- 1 black tea bags
- 1/2 teaspoon MRM Nutrition Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste
Directions:
1. Bring milk of choice to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bag. Let steep for 5 minutes.
2. Remove tea bag and add spices and sweetener, whisk to combine.
3. Pour over ice.
