Chai Tea Latte

Ditch the pre-made chai latte and make it from scratch with 6 simple ingredients, including our new Ceylon Cinnamon. ⁠

Ingredients:

- 1 cup milk or milk of choice⁠
- 1 black tea bags ⁠
- 1/2 teaspoon MRM Nutrition Ceylon Cinnamon⁠
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger⁠
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves⁠
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste ⁠

Directions:
1. Bring milk of choice to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bag. Let steep for 5 minutes.⁠
2. Remove tea bag and add spices and sweetener, whisk to combine. ⁠
3. Pour over ice.
