Ceylon Cinnamon Sleep Tonic

Wind down with our favorite superfood Sleep Tonic using our new superfoods Ceylon Cinnamon and Ashwagandha. 💤⁠

- 1 cup + 2tbsp hot water ⁠
- 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts ⁠
- 1 date⁠
- 1/4 tsp MRM Nutrition Ceylon Cinnamon⁠
- 2 pinch nutmeg⁠
- 2 pinch clover⁠
- 1 dash of Vanilla ⁠
- 1 pinch of Salt ⁠
- 1/4 tsp MRM Nutrition Ashwagandha ⁠

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy.⁠
2. Pour into a mug and serve
