Ceylon Cinnamon Sleep Tonic

Wind down with our favorite superfood Sleep Tonic using our new superfoods Ceylon Cinnamon and Ashwagandha. šŸ’¤ā 
ā 

- 1 cup + 2tbsp hot water ā 
- 2 tbsp raw macadamia nuts ā 
- 1 dateā 
- 1/4 tsp MRM Nutrition Ceylon Cinnamonā 
- 2 pinch nutmegā 
- 2 pinch cloverā 
- 1 dash of Vanilla ā 
- 1 pinch of Salt ā 
- 1/4 tsp MRM Nutrition Ashwagandha ā 
ā 
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy.ā 
2. Pour into a mug and serve
