Ceylon Cinnamon Pumpkin Waffles

We're kicking off pumpkin season with these fluffy, protein-packed, pumpkin spice waffles! 

Ingredients:

1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein

1 tsp Organic Ceylon Cinnamon

1 1/2 cup Birch Benders Organic Classic pancake mix

1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree 

1 1/3 to 1 1/2 cup Oat Milk 

2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Spray waffle iron and add 1/4-1/3 of mixture. Cook until golden brown. 
  4. Top with chopped pecans and serve with syrup.
