INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop MRM Detox and Cleanse Powder
  • ½ frozen Strawberries
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1 cup Shredded Kale

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Adjust with a splash of water if needed and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Vanilla MRM Whey Protein (or protein of choice)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ⅓ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ⅓ cup Frozen Peaches
  • ⅓ cup Frozen Banana slices
  • small handful of Spinach
  • small handful of kale

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.
