You're going to want to save this SOUPerfood bowl for dinner this weekend! This Turmeric Cauliflower Soup Mexican Rice bowl is perfect for a chilly winter dinner. Packed with flavor, protein, and color, what's not to love!


  • 1 serving of MRM Turmeric Cauliflower Superfood Soup Mix
  • 1 cup Rice of choice (we used brown Mexican rice blend)
  • ½ Jalapeno (sliced)
  • ½ Avocado (sliced)
  • 1 Ripe Vine Tomato (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • ½ Lime (juiced)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 medium Free Range Egg (optional)


  1. Prepare rice as desired and prepare ingredients as instructed.

  2. Make 1 serving of cauliflower turmeric soup and leave to the side for 1 minute.

  3. Plate rice with the jalapeno, avocado, tomato and top with fried egg.

  4. Pour soup over rice, season with a pinch of sea salt and garnish with lime and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!

  • 1 serving MRM Tomato & Red Beet Superfood Soup
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 serving Preferred Spagetti
  • 8 oz Turkey Meatballs
  • 1 small Zucchini (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp Shredded Parmesan (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°f then prepare all ingredients above.

  2. Rub a baking sheet with olive and lay out the meatballs and green squash. Roast in the oven for 15-18 minutes.

  3. Cook pasta as instructed on package and prepare the MRM soup for your sauce.

  4. Plate spaghetti with the meatballs and roasted squash on top with the tomato soup.

  5. Top with shredded parmesan (optional) and enjoy!
