MORINGA PESTO

  • 1 tsp MRM Nutrition Moringa Powder
  • 2 small Bunches of Basil
  • 3 tbsp Light Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Pine Nute
  • ½ Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
  • 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

SUPERFOOD DEVILED EGGS

  • 6 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tsp MRM Nutrition Red Beet Powder
  • 1 tsp MRM Nutrition Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil Mayo
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Lemon (juiced)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

MORINGA PESTO INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil eggs for 10 about 10 minutes. Once boiled eggs are cooled, peel and cut in half.

  2. Scoop out the yolks and add to a bowl with the mayo, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice and sea salt.

  3. Split mix in 2 and add the red beet to one half and the turmeric to the other half and mix thoroughly.

SUPERFOOD DEVILED EGGS INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a course pesto texture.

  2. Taste for seasoning and adjust consistency as needed.

  3. Serve on bruschetta for a delicious healthy snack.
