Mango Ashwagandha Smoothie Bowl

If this smoothie bowl doesn't scream summer we don't know what does šŸ„­ā˜€ļøā 


Ingredients: ā 
2 Bananaā 
1 cup frozen mango ā 
1 cup frozen pineappleā 
1 tsp MRM Nutrition Ashwagandha powder ā 
1/4 cup milk of choice ā 
1/4 cup Granolaā 
Coconut flakes (optional)ā 
ā 

Directions:Ā 
1. Combine fruit, ashwagandha, and milk in a blender and mix until smooth. ā 
2. Pour into a bowl and top with fruit and coconut flakes ā
